Today in Institute we were talking about how to become better communicators. We were challenged to minimize our hint-dropping, and take responsibility for our expectations. We were also challenged to avoid saying anything critical for a whole 24 hours...dun dun dun! This includes judging other people, name calling, and getting mad at inanimate objects. This is surprisingly more difficult than it sounds. Apparently I can be critical at times...that surprises you, doesn't it?! I've had to re-start my 24 hours a couple times, but I will succeed. I plan on turning the 24 hours into a life-long habit.
Also, I want one of these...

Wow, you're right, sounds like it would be easy but would probably be quite the challenge! I'm going to try it : ) Thanks for sharing
